Hey there Guys, I am super excited because cross country season training is starting and I can not wait to get started. This year, I am planing on going to the Roy Griak invitational and race it in under twenty minutes. I have had a good track season so that will probably help to boost my training. I will be doing a lot of long runs to get in shape for next cross country season as well as more weights. Also just to let you guys know that biking is really going to help out cross training for all of your different sports because it helps to work out your entire body.
